Emerald Isle Co-Op Housing entrusted us with the task of renovating and upgrading their residential spaces to improve functionality and aesthetics for its residents. From June 1 to August 15, 2024, we focused on enhancing the communal and private areas, creating a harmonious living environment.

The project included redesigning the common areas such as the lobby, hallways, and recreational spaces, while upgrading individual units with modern fixtures, energy-efficient lighting, and high-quality finishes. We incorporated a balanced approach to ensure that the design was both practical and visually appealing, enhancing the overall appeal of the complex.

Sustainable materials were used throughout, and energy-saving features were integrated into the design to improve the long-term efficiency of the building. The result is a revitalized living space that offers comfort, style, and sustainability for its residents.
