We had the privilege of working on the iconic LIC Oriental Building, a landmark structure requiring a blend of preservation and modernization. From April 10 to June 30, 2024, we meticulously carried out renovation work, ensuring the building's historical essence was retained while meeting contemporary standards.

The project involved restoring architectural elements, upgrading interior spaces, and enhancing infrastructure systems to align with modern safety and efficiency requirements. High-quality materials and finishes were selected to complement the building’s heritage aesthetic while ensuring durability and functionality.
