Jeevan Vihar Building engaged us for comprehensive external repairs to ensure the building's longevity and aesthetic appeal. From March 1 to May 10, 2024, we focused on restoring and maintaining the building's exterior, addressing areas affected by wear and tear due to weather and time.

The project involved repairing and repainting the façade, restoring damaged walls, and enhancing the waterproofing system to prevent further deterioration. We also reinforced structural elements, including balconies and railings, to ensure safety and stability.

Sustainable materials and weather-resistant finishes were applied to extend the building’s lifespan while maintaining its aesthetic integrity. The result is a refreshed and resilient exterior that will protect the building for years to come.
