Oriental House underwent significant renovation and structural repairs to enhance its functionality and extend its lifespan. From January 15 to March 30, 2024, our team worked on restoring key aspects of the building’s exterior and interior to meet modern standards while retaining its original charm.

The project involved repairing and repainting the exterior façade, restoring damaged masonry, and addressing any structural weaknesses. We also upgraded the building’s internal spaces, focusing on creating more functional layouts and ensuring structural stability.
