Gresham House, a historically significant heritage building, was entrusted to us for extensive repairs and restoration work aimed at preserving its architectural integrity while enhancing its functionality. From May 5 to July 20, 2024, we carefully executed the restoration to ensure the building’s heritage charm was maintained while meeting modern standards.

The project involved repairing damaged stonework, restoring original windows and doors, and ensuring the stability of the building’s façade. Specialized materials were used to replicate historic features, while modern techniques were applied to reinforce the structure without compromising its historical value.

Our team also addressed issues like waterproofing, insulation, and external finishes, ensuring long-term durability and protection against the elements. This restoration reflects our expertise in handling heritage buildings, blending tradition with modern-day preservation practices.
